In June 2010 my husband and I were forced, for the first time ever, to hire an attorney. Since we had never needed to seek legal counsel we didn’t put much thought or effort into who would represent us…we did a random Google search, contacted 8-10 lawyers and decided to go with the first call back that we got. Whether it was luck, fate, or just plain good karma we ended up with Robert Avera as our legal counsel. Robert quickly picked up on the fact that we were legal first timers and took extra measures to establish a positive rapport, develop trust, and ensure both my husband and myself that the three of us were a team. He was my litigating attorney for a cloudy land title issue many thought could not be solved (2 other attorneys had failed).  He was cool, calm and over a two year time frame guided me to a conclusion/agreement that allowed me to sell the land.  I highly recommend him.  (I could fill this box with all that took place but probably TMI, but the point is – He’s good).  He doesn’t nickel and dime you either.
